Goods
Seller develops and sells funflector® products for use by consumers to increase pedestrian visibility in darkened conditions. Seller makes every commercially reasonable effort to accommodate Buyer’s requests for items but cannot guarantee availability of certain goods. The goods may change without notice and new designs may be offered at any time while older items are discontinued. Please check back with us often to review our most current products.

Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery. Receipt by Buyer of Seller’s acknowledgement of an order without prompt written objection shall constitute acceptance by the Buyer of these terms.

The funflector® IS NOT A TOY. IT IS A CHOKING HAZARD AND NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THREE (3) YEARS OF AGE.
The funflector® purse charm is not intended for children under twelve (12) years of age.
Accidents may occur at any time regardless of the use of a funflector® reflector. Use of one or more funflector® reflectors may increase visibility in darkened conditions but do not offer complete protection against potential accidents and is/are no substitute to being an attentive pedestrian at all times.
